May 21: An Israeli drone strike in the town of Ain Baal, southern Lebanon, killed two individuals, including a Hezbollah operative involved in missile production infrastructure.
May 8: Israeli airstrikes targeted Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon's Nabatieh region, killing one person and injuring eight others.
May 7: An Israeli drone strike in a southern Lebanese port city killed Khaled Ahmad al-Ahmad, a member of Hamas's military wing.
March: Despite the ceasefire, Israel conducted airstrikes in southern Beirut following alleged rocket fire from Hamas in Lebanon.
January 26–27: Israeli forces opened fire on unarmed displaced Lebanese civilians returning to their homes in southern Lebanon, killing at least 26 people, including one Lebanese Army soldier, and injuring over 147 others.
2024
October 1 – November 27: Israel launched a ground invasion into southern Lebanon, marking the sixth such incursion since 1978. The conflict resulted in over 3,900 Lebanese deaths, including 248 children, and displaced more than 1.4 million people.
September 23–30: Israel initiated Operation Northern Arrows, conducting over 1,300 airstrikes against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. The attacks killed at least 558 people, including 50 children, and wounded over 1,835 others.
September 20: An Israeli airstrike in Beirut's southern suburbs killed Ibrahim Akil, commander of Hezbollah's Radwan Force, along with 30 others, including civilians.
September 17–18: Thousands of booby-trapped pagers and walkie-talkies exploded across Lebanon and Syria, killing at least 42 people and injuring over 3,500. Israel was attributed as the perpetrator.
October 8: Following Hamas's attack on Israel, Hezbollah launched rockets into northern Israel, initiating a new phase of the Israel–Hezbollah conflict.
